Surcharge Policies:
- Extra Person: Surcharge of 40% of the room rate per person per night for additional guests sharing a room.
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Surcharge of 10% of the room rate per hour for check-ins from 06:00 to before 14:00, or check-outs from after 12:00 to 18:00.
- Special Hours: Surcharge of 100% of the room rate for check-ins before 06:00 or check-outs after 18:00.
