* The following rents include VAT, furniture arrangement at customers’request, audio system for speakers, ornamental plant decoration and air conditioners. (Decorations of back drop, banner fresh flowers are charged separately).

1. Conference, seminar:

+ Ceremonial room:

• Area of 32 m x 14 m = 448 s.q.m, maximum capacity of 500 people.
• VND 60,000,000/time (maximum usable time is 8 hours x daytime or 4 hours x nightime).

+ Banquet room:

• Area of 8 m x 18 m = 144 s.q.m, maximum capacity of 200 people.
• VND. 40,000,000/time (maximum usable time is 8 hours daytime or 4 hours nighttime).

+ First floor Meeting Hall A of Guest House 108 Nguyen Du:

• Area of 18 m x 25 m = 450 s.q.m, maximum capacity of 500 people.
• 25.000.000/time (maximum usable time is 8 hours daytime or 4 hours nighttime).

2. Entertainment:

+ Ceremonial room:

• Standing party with maximum capacity of 500 people, seating party with maximum 30 tables
• VND 60,000,000/time (maximum usable time is 8 hours daytime or 4 hours nightime).

+ Banquet room:

• Standing party with maximum capacity of 200 people, sitting party with maximum 10 tables
• VND 40,000,000/time (maximum usable time is 8 hours daytime or 4 hours nightime).

+ Ground floor Meeting Hall A of Guest House 108 Nguyen Du:

• Standing party with maximum capacity of 400 people, sitting party with maximum 40 tables (10 chair).
• 10.000.000/time (maximum usable time is 8 hours daytime or 4 hours nightime).
